We Were Born For Such A Time As This

The times that we live in are dark and full of evil. We strive every day to live according to the instruction from our Savior but every day the darkness grows stronger. We watch as the world around us is being filled with violence and hate and we feel powerless to do anything about it. The darkness is coming closer every day and we know that our time is short.

We are told to be strong and to look up as our redemption draws near. We are instructed to shine our light into the darkness so that the world can have hope and love. We, as his remnant, are the ones that need to fight the darkness until our reinforcements appear.

The struggle is real. The battles are getting more intense and the mental and physical anguish of this world are taking its toll. The warriors are starting to show strain under the pressure of this world. Though they fight, battles are being lost every day.

Once we were told that this time would come and that we needed to be ready. Now that this time has appeared, many are losing focus and are being lead astray. Too many are saying they know the way and the truth and many are being deceived by their words. Many are following their itching ears instead of reading His Word.

The time has come! The time is now that we must gather our loins and find strength that we never knew we had. Now is the time to stop the doubt of our beliefs and understand that what we are seeing is real and what we were told is truly coming to pass. Now is the time we have been preparing our entire lives for!

God has opened our eyes and ears so that we may see and understand what is happening to our world. We are blessed to have knowledge that our Savior’s arrival is eminent. We are the generation that God chose to bring about the most destructive and amazing time in human history.

The events that are unfolding are just beginning. Like the events that unfolded during the Biblical times, stories will be written about what happens. Future generations will tell stories of courageous men and women that overcame outrageous obstacles to fulfill their destiny and God’s will.

We have that choice. Do we stand up for what we know is right and of our God or do we allow the darkness to overcome our souls? Do we see the end of the story and bring light into the darkness or do we allow the darkness to overcome our objectives? Do we cherish our lives above the will of God or are we willing to do His will, no matter the cost?

We are told many times within Scripture about the destruction that will come upon mankind during the end of the age. All of mankind has been told but we are the blessed generation that will see it being fulfilled. We must hold strong as we were born for a time such as this!
