If any man have an ear, let him hear. He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (Revelation 13 9-18)
Our Lord has warned us that there would be a time like no other on Earth. We are informed throughout the Bible that this time would be a persecution against the Most Holy and His followers. We are warned to be ready and now that time is now upon us!
We can see the Biblical prophetic signs, unfolding all around the globe. Jesus warned that there would be wars and rumors of wars (Matthew 24: 6) and lawless would be ramped across the globe (2 Timothy 3: 1-5). We are witnessing the Holy Land of Israel being propelled onto the world stage and Jerusalem is becoming a burdensome stone on the world community (Zechariah 12: 3). With the wars developing around the Middle East, we are witnessing the unfolding of the Gog and Magog war told about by Ezekiel (Ezekiel 38 & 39). With all this developing we are seeing our world rumble and move abnormally preparing for the ultimate earthquake that will shake the actual foundations of the Heavens (Revelation 6: 14).
The signs are becoming undeniable and we must be prepared for the coming of our Lord. We as Christians are told by the Church that we will be raptured prior to any of these evens impacting our lives. We are told that we will be taken away so that we may watch what God does during his Judgement. The truth is that this may not be true. There is no definitive answer to when the Rapture will occur. This discrepancy in teaching is why there are three different teachings as to when the Rapture will happen. There is the mainstream teaching of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, but many believe that the Rapture could occur in the Middle or End of the Tribulation. The fact that there are different interpretations on when the Rapture will occur shows that we truly don’t know exactly when it will happen and that is exactly what the Bible tells us: “But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son,[f] but only the Father.” (Matthew 24: 36) When Jesus was asked by his disciples as to when he will return, his first warning is to not be deceived: “Jesus answered: ‘Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many’” (Matthew 24: 4).
We must heed his warning that many will be deceived during this time. Considering the majority of Christians believe in the teaching of the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, we must be on guard against all misleading interpretations. Every believer wants to be removed prior to the worst time on Earth, but we must prepare that this interpretation is incorrect, as there is a strong possibility it is! This means that we must prepare for the outcome that the Christian Church will be present during the Tribulation. There is no harm in preparing to be present during the Tribulation. The only outcome will be that we are prepared instead of praying to be taken up into the clouds. Unfortunately, there is grave harm in not preparing to do God’s work during His Judgement!
We all hope that this is not true and that we will be seen worthy to be spared during this time. We can also see that throughout history, God has never removed His people when they were in danger. He has only protected them while judgement was brought down onto the unrighteous.
The most well-known aspect of the Tribulation period is the Mark of the Beast and his controlling society. Within this society, there will be the limiting and controlling of purchasing, movement and religious freedom for all those that walk on the face of the Earth (Revelation 13: 9- 18). Unfortunately, we can see this society being presented to the world public today. We are seeing a controlling police state that will require allegiance or exclusion by all of its participants. As this society unfolds we will be placed within the snare that is being set for all of mankind.
This society is coming closer to reality and events that are happening right now are moving us toward this climax. We can see the development of Artificial Intelligence and Robot Weapons. We have witnessed the first non-human citizen in Saudi Arabia with the introduction of Sophia. Our world has also just witnessed the introduction of Social Credit in China where every citizen will be monitored and given a Social Credit number that will enable or restrict access to buildings and transportation. The Beast system is being setup on a global scale and we are watching it unfold.
Our time is very short and we must prepare spiritually for what is coming. Our Lord warned us that this time would be horrible and like no other time before it. We must be ready to do His work. If we are unwilling to be His Light, then who is left!
