“Even on my servants, both men and women. I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord. And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Acts 2: 18-21 NIV)
We have been warned of a time that depicts the end of the current age and the coming of the Messiah. We were warned about what to watch for and even told that we would be blessed if we watched. Did we? Are we prepared for what is coming? That is the only question to ask!
We are instructed to look up as our redemption draws close. Look up to what? What are we suppose to see? If it was only that simple……
What if it was that simple? No crazy interpretation needed. Just to look up and watch for the signs. We are told that the sun would turn dark and the moon would turn red. What does that mean?
Many believe that the Blood Moons that happened in 2014 and 2015 are the signs depicted according to Biblical prophecy. The reason is that every one of these Blood Moons landed on a Jewish Holiday. Not only did they fall on Jewish holidays but they fell on the holidays that have not had their prophecies fulfilled. Let me explain. Every Jewish Holiday is a “dress rehearsal” for a prophecy promised from God to the Jewish people. They are organized according to spring feasts and fall feasts. Most Biblical Scholars believe that the spring feasts have been completed while the fall have yet to pass. The significance of the Blood Moons is that they fell on the fall feasts that have yet to pass!
That may explain the moon turning to blood but it does not explain the sun turning dark. Plus the sun turns dark and has eclipses all the time. How can this event be significant?
When an eclipse occurs, only a portion of the Globe is able to see the total eclipse. Most of the time it is over the ocean, so not much land is covered. On August 21st 2017, there will be an eclipse that occurs over the United States and every square inch of America will see the eclipse. This is a very rare event as this is the first time that an eclipse hits only the USA, and no other country, since 1776. To make things even more outlandish, the same thing happens 7 years later! Yes in 2024, there is another solar eclipse that covers no other country but the United States of America!
After looking closer to the path of the eclipses, we are provided with even further insight into what may be planned. The solar eclipse that occurs in 2017 moves from Oregon to South Carolina making a diagonal line. The solar eclipse that occurs in 2024 moves with an opposite diagonal swath, creating a Large X over the USA!
Considering Scripture tells us about a period of 7 years that will be marked as like no other time before or after, we need to be aware of this coming 7 year period. We are told that this time will be hard and many will lose their way. We are told to make sure that no one deceives us. We were told but have we listened? Have we trained and prepared for what is coming?
Hopefully this is completed wrong and there is nothing about this time that we need to worry about. There must be other signs in the heaven and if this is the Great Tribulation, then there must be others signs present.
Yet, there is another sign that seems to fit. Just one minor sign that no one has been able to figure out, until now. It depicts the fulfillment of Revelation 12 1-2.
“A great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head. She was pregnant and cried out in pain as she was about to give birth.”
On September 23, 2017, this sign appears in the constellation of Virgo. Virgo (The Virgin) has had Jupiter (King Planet) within her “womb” for over 9 months and Jupiter now exits out of her womb on this date. Also the moon is near her feet, the sun is over her left shoulder, while the constellation Leo (9 stars) is above her head joined with Mercury, Mars and Venus (9 + 3 = 12)
If we look at these signs literally, and place them within Scripture, they fit. No fancy interpretation needed. It’s that simple!
After the realization of what this “could” mean, we need to see if there are any other signs around us. We need to prepare mentally and spiritually for what may be headed our way. We must be diligent in all that we do so that we may be prepared for when the Great Day of the Lord comes!
